1General
This page sets out the terms of use for the Saramand website (saramand.vip) and the services Saramand provides. Using the site and requesting a consultation means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please contact us before using the site.
In this text, “Saramand” means the service provider, “user” means any visitor to the site, and “applicant” means anyone who signs a contract with Saramand to receive a service.
2Nature of the services
Saramand works in the automotive field and provides consulting, document preparation and follow-up of the administrative steps of importing a car through legal routes (residency, free zone and veterans).
- Saramand is not a government body. The final decision on quotas, exemptions, clearance and plates rests with the official authorities, such as Customs, the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation and the free-zone organisations.
- Saramand does not guarantee that these authorities will accept a case, but it prepares and follows up the case according to the latest regulations.
3Information and prices on the site
Content, car specifications, prices, estimators and timelines published on the site are for information only and may change with exchange rates, directives or stock. None of them is a firm offer of sale or a contractual commitment. The final figure for each case is given only after an official quote, in a written contract.
4Contract and fees
- The consultation and initial assessment are free.
- Any paid service starts only with a written contract setting out the scope of work, fees, approximate timeline and both parties' obligations.
- No amount is charged outside the contract or without the applicant's prior knowledge.
- Official costs such as import duties, levies and registration fees are separate from Saramand's fees and are paid according to the relevant authorities' tariffs.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set out in each case's contract.
5Applicant obligations
- The applicant is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the documents and information they provide. The consequences of incorrect or incomplete documents are the applicant's own responsibility.
- Residency and veterans' quotas are personal; transferring, selling or using them in someone else's name is not permitted. Saramand does not take part in such cases.
- Meeting post-clearance obligations, including the legal periods before the car can be transferred, is the car owner's responsibility.
6Limitation of liability
Saramand is not responsible for delays or changes caused by decisions of the official authorities, changes in laws and directives, exchange-rate swings, international shipping conditions or other factors beyond Saramand's control. In such cases Saramand informs the applicant as soon as possible and stays with them to continue or find an alternative.
7Privacy
- The Saramand website has no user accounts, and you don't need to enter any personal information to browse it.
- Tools on the site, such as the eligibility check and the cost estimator, run in your own browser and don't send any data to a server.
- Some settings, such as light or dark mode and the ticks on the document checklist, are stored only in that device's browser storage, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
- The information and documents you give Saramand for a consultation or case are used only to provide that service and are not sold or passed to others, except to the extent the official authorities require for the case.
8Content ownership
The text, images, design and logo of Saramand belong to Saramand. Content from the site may be used only with attribution and a link to the relevant page. Carmakers' trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cars.
9External links

10Changes to these terms
Saramand may update these terms. The valid version is always this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Signed contracts are governed by the terms in force when they were signed.
11Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the event of a dispute, we will first try to resolve it through discussion; otherwise, the competent body will be as set out in the case's contract or the competent courts.
